I am an ACE-certified group fitness instructor.
My passion is running, but I really love strength training as well.
My focus is to help students gain muscle definition and strength while achieving their fitness goals.
I teach 20/20/20, an upper/lower body and core strengthening class as well as Mat Strength, a low impact body-weight strength training class.
